Opening Night Party

Krannert Center is throwing an Opening Night Party to celebrate the kickoff of our 2025-26 season, and YOU'RE INVITED!

Traditionally held on the first night of performances of our new season, this year's Opening Night Party marks the 20th anniversary of the biennial ELLNORA | The Guitar Festival and promises a high-energy, family-friendly atmosphere with food, fun, and lots of FREE MUSIC all night long! This year's performers are the perfect blend of established artists and incredible up-and-coming musicians.

The Marel Hidalgo Jazz Quartet
BERTHA: Grateful Drag
The Messthetics with James Brandon Lewis

The event begins at 5:15pm with opening remarks by Mike Ross and the National Anthem played by the evening's opening artist, Grace Bowers.

Plus food from Michaels' Catering, Ellnora Gold beer from Triptych Brewing, a glow-in-the-dark playground from Glow Zone, face painting by Expressions Body Art and Design, a photo booth from Liv and Joy, guided crafts for the kids from Prism Studios and more!
