A delectable adaptation of a Jacobean drama with Faustian echoes, Witch by Jen Silverman is a vibrant dark comedy that centers on a clever social outcast. When the Devil, a charming trickster, arrives to tempt people in the town of Edmonton, he preys on those who appear vulnerable. In a social setting of nefarious gamesmanship and social striving, the devil may just meet his artful match!
