Krannert Center Uncorked and CU Jazz Festival Present Crystal Rebone Quartet

Kick off the 2023 Champaign-Urbana Jazz Festival at Krannert Center with the Crystal Rebone Quartet!

An active performer with diverse skills, School of Music alumna Rebone has made music all over the country with a variety of groups. She has played with jazz greats such as Doc Severinsen, Marshall Gilkes, John Fedchock, Monkia Herzig, Jim Pugh, Destiny Mahummad, Ernie Watts, Brianna Thomas, and many others, including a tour with Monkia Herzig’s all-female jazz combo, Sheroes. Rebone will be joined by Lara Driscoll on piano, Matt Shevitz on saxophone, and Max Osawa on drums for an evening that features original tunes from all the band members.
