Jupiter String Quartet with Jon Nakamatsu
The Jupiter String Quartet brings over 20 years of intimate collaboration to the stage. Known for their warmth, insight, and adventurous spirit, they bridge classical and contemporary works with clarity and heart, illuminating connections between pieces with each thoughtfully crafted program.
Joining the Quartet for this special performance is acclaimed American pianist Jon Nakamatsu. Since winning the Gold Medal at the 1997 Van Cliburn International Piano Competition, Nakamatsu has built a distinguished international career marked by elegance, intensity, and versatility. A frequent soloist with leading orchestras and collaborator with top chamber ensembles, he is praised for his dynamic artistry across repertoire ranging from Gershwin to Schumann.
