Artists Talk: Angie Pittman and Leslie Cuyjet
University of Illinois Department of Dance alumni Leslie Cuyjet and Angie Pittman discuss their works and careers in a conversation with Assistant Professor of Dance, Alexandra Barbier, and Assistant Director for Programming and Engagement, Julieanne Ehre. Cuyjet's For All Your Life and Pittman's Black Life Chord Changes perform in tandem at Krannert Center, October 17-18, and are both unique, interdisciplinary approaches to creating performance work. Presented in collaboration with Dance at Illinois for their 2025-26 season, Black on Black: A Celebration of Black Dance.
