David Robertson, music director

The St. Louis Symphony and its dynamic music director, David Robertson, make a much-anticipated return to Krannert Center after captivating performances in 2011 and 2014. Robertson has established himself as one of today's most sought-after American conductors, and with the St. Louis Symphony, he and the orchestra communicate an exhilarating passion for music. Their program includes Adams' The Chairman Dances, Foxtrot for Orchestra; Copland's Appalachian Spring, an icon of American sound; and Beethoven's Symphony No. 7.
