The Winners of Sinfonia’s Student Concerto Competition
Drawing from the talent of young people in the Champaign-Urbana area, Sinfonia again opens its concert season by featuring the high school and college winners of its Student Concerto Competition. Rounding out the hour-long program is the Italian Symphony of Felix Mendelssohn, which the composer completed at the age of 24. Be sure to stick around after the hour-long performance because Ralph and Joe, the Flying Tomato Brothers, invite you to the lobby to enjoy some complimentary slices courtesy of Garcia's Pizza in a Pan!
