Reading Day at KCPA

Looking for a casual place to study on Reading Day from 11am-4pm? Krannert Center has got your back: plenty of seating with charging stations and delicious food and beverages from Intermezzo cafe. Peruse a magazine, check out a book for winter break, or receive library on-site support with Residence Hall Libraries. Krannert Center Ambassadors will host a raffle as well from noon to 3pm on the hour.

Take a study break with Kristina Reese from noon to 1pm for a free all-level yoga class for students, staff, and faculty on the Foellinger Great Hall Stage. Live music will also be performed during the session with Dance at Illinois accompanist, Cody Jensen. Please bring your own yoga mat.

You are invited to join Krannert Center in helping children stay warm this winter. Bring new or gently used coats, mittens, gloves, hats, scarves, and ear muffs for this season's clothing drive. There is a special need this year for large and extra-large coats for middle school boys. All collected items will go to the Champaign Unit 4 School District and Urbana School District 116. Donation boxes will be available in the lobby near Intermezzo cafe.
