Lyric Under the Stars
Lyric Theatre @ Illinois and Allerton Park & Retreat Center invite you to experience Lyric Under the Stars—an enchanting evening of beloved arias, songs, and scenes from opera and musical theatre—at Allerton Park & Retreat Center’s outdoor Sunken Garden on Saturday, October 17, 2020, at 6:30pm. Seating and cash bar will begin at 5pm. Savory, individual charcuterie plates can be purchased in advance. Seating will be assigned at well-spaced tables based on ticket reservations, and patrons may request to sit with guests from a different ticket order if they wish.

COVID-19 Safety Precautions and Procedures:
- Masks are required to be worn any time you are not seated at your table actively drinking or eating. Please bring your own mask, or we will provide one for you.
- Seating will follow the 6-feet physical-distancing requirements as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
- If you feel sick or have been in contact with anyone who has been exposed to COVID-19, please let us know, and we will gladly refund your ticket.
Please note that we have reduced capacity for this event due to COVID-19, and it is common for tickets to sell out quickly. In the event of inclement weather (e.g., rain), this event will take place on Sunday, October 18.

For directions from Champaign, please view the Allerton Directions & Map. Once you've arrived, please use the park map for directions to the Sunken Garden (#27 on the map). Parking is available in the area located across from the Sunken Garden, as indicated on the map.
