Philharmonia

The University of Illinois Philharmonia Orchestra (Philharmonia) performs major literature from the 18th, 19th, 20th and 21st centuries. It is comprised of students representing upwards of 35 majors from throughout the university community. The orchestra rehearses twice weekly and typically performs two concerts a semester.

Illini Strings

Illini Strings proudly features students from all colleges across the U of I campus. This ensemble performs staples of the string orchestral repertoire and explores the music of emerging and lesser-known composers from across the globe.

Please note that due to construction and street closures, parking garage entrances and street parking on Oregon Street should be accessed from Goodwin Avenue.

Please note that the following items are not allowed in the concert hall: backpacks, large bags, strollers, instrument cases, food, beverages other than bottled water, tripods, signs, balloons, skateboards, bicycles, and any other items deemed to be dangerous or to pose an obstruction. Thank you for your cooperation with these guidelines.
