Groove with CONTRA-TIEMPO’s company members Jannet Galdamez and Ruby Morales, joining us live from Los Angeles. This full-body dance class is designed for all levels, caregivers, parents, kiddos, or anyone who wants to work that radical joy muscle! CONTRA-TIEMPO will guide the group in a powerful experience rooted in Afro-Latin movement and grooving to build connection.
Join this online class via Zoom. Registration is required, and participants will be admitted to the Zoom session five minutes prior to the event.

This class will last approximately 60 minutes.
How to Access This Zoom Class
- First, click on Register for the Zoom Event. (You will need to do this well in advance of the class time, and it can be done prior to the date of the class.)
- Fill out your name and email address and click “Register.” You will receive an email invitation to “Join Zoom Meeting” with a link. On the morning of the event, please click on the link and follow the prompts to join the Zoom Meeting. We ask that you join the class five minutes early so that everyone is connected and ready to dance at the 11am start time.
