Anat Cohen and Marcello Goncalves; Aritmia: Merima Ključo and Miroslav Tadić

Noted musical director, arranger, and performing artist Marcello Gonçalves’ seven-stringed spontaneity is born of his Rio de Janeiro roots—celebrating Brazil’s great classical tradition but sprinkled with the mischief of popular music. He joins forces with clarinetist Anat Cohen, whose sensitive interpretations and charming stage presence are “a woodwind revelation” (DownBeat).

Acclaimed guitarist Miroslav Tadić and renowned accordionist Merima Ključo celebrate their common Balkan heritage in their duo, Aritmia, performing original work, exquisite arrangements of music by Erik Satie and Manuel de Falla, and the expressive music of sevdah—sometimes called “Bosnian blues.” This virtuosic pair shares the fruits of their unique musical partnership, offering a singular mix of joy, yearning, and aching beauty.
