Uncorked: Peter Tijerina Nonet
Led by trombonist, arranger, and composer Dr. Peter Tijerina (DMA, University of Illinois), the Peter Tijerina Nonet is a ten-piece ensemble that blends the repertoire of early jazz with modern compositions and original arrangements. The group ha a strong local presence in Urbana-Champaign and features a band packed with great local talent.
