Walk and Concert to Support Yingying Zhang

The University of Illinois and the Chinese Students and Scholars Association (CSSA) invite you to join them on this walk and concert to convey community support and concern for Yingying Zhang, the visiting scholar missing since June 9.

Meet outside Krannert Center in the plaza on the western side of the building at 6:30pm. The walk will begin at 6:45pm and head to Turner Hall where Zhang works, then to the bus stop on North Goodwin Avenue where she was last seen, and back to Krannert Center. The concert will follow at Stage 5 featuring Jasmine Fields Orchestra. Light refreshments during the concert will be provided by the Illini Union.

Parking at Krannert Center is free after 5pm. In the event of a storm, participants will be invited to a gathering inside Krannert Center in lieu of a walk.
