Our Krannert Center Uncorked series wraps up for the semester with Lyric Theatre at Illinois' presentation of Make Me A Song, featuring the music of Tony Award-winning composer William Finn.
Conceived by Rob Ruggiero and originally produced at TheatreWorks in Hartford, Connecticut, Make Me A Song celebrates the wit, heart, and unforgettable melodies and lyrics of acclaimed composer William Finn in a dazzling evening of song. This special performance brings together his most beloved works, weaving humor and poignancy into a vibrant musical journey. From quirky charm to deeply moving ballads, each piece showcases Finn's signature storytelling and emotional depth. Whether you're a longtime fan or discovering music for the first time, this event is a must-see tribute to one of musical theatre's most distinctive voices.
