Grace Park, violin
Joseph Liccardo, piano

The Winner of the 2018 Naumburg International Violin Competition, Grace Park is a dynamic violinist, dedicated chamber musician, and passionate pedagogue. Her diverse career has carried her from solo and chamber performances in the world’s foremost concert halls to educational workshops in inner-city schools as an artist resident with Ensemble Connect at Carnegie Hall. Park performed solo Bach alongside Yo Yo Ma at New York City Center and collaborated with Maxim Vengerov at the Cartegena Music Festival. Ms. Park has collaborated with a variety of ensembles around the world including the Australian Chamber Orchestra, Orpheus Chamber Orchestra, St. Paul Chamber Orchestra, Mark Morris Dance Company, members of Silk Road Ensemble, and with principal dancers of the world’s leading ballet companies. Beyond the concert stage, Ms. Park demonstrates a strong commitment to teaching and community engagement, including a collaboration to develop and deliver a series of interactive outreach concerts at public schools and community centers all over New York City.

Salon-style performances offer a close connection between artists and guests, as audience members sit in six rows of seats on stage with the performer. Light refreshments are served before and after the performance. Balcony tickets (without refreshments) are also available.
