How to Buy Tickets
Tickets are available for purchase anytime at KrannertCenter.com.
The Ticket Office is open and can be reached by phone from 10am to 6pm Tuesday through Friday. The Ticket Office counter is open from 12pm to 6pm Tuesday through Friday.
On ticketed performance days, the ticket office counter and phones will be open at least 2 hours prior to the performance start time and will remain open through intermission or half an hour after the start time of the performance.

Krannert Center donors who give $250 and above annually ($25 for students) have early access to ticket sales. Waiting List
If tickets are no longer available for a performance, you may add your name to the waiting list to be contacted in the event that tickets become available. A link to the waiting list will be available on the event's web page on our online event calendar. Please note that the waiting list is only in effect until 10am the day before the performance. If you are on the waiting list and have not been contacted by that time, you may call the ticket office directly at 10am the day before the show and on the performance day to inquire about any last minute availability.
If you are not able to receive tickets using either of the options above, you may come in person an hour before the performance starts to the ticket office counter and put your name on the late release list. If anything becomes available an hour before the show, we will offer them to patrons on that list in the order that they signed up.
returns and exchanges
If you purchase tickets and then find you won't be able to attend a performance, simply phone us to return your tickets by 6pm the day before the performance for a full credit, issued on a Krannert Center gift card, which never expires and can be used for tickets or any of our services. If you discover that you are unable to attend the day of the performance, please contact the Ticket Office at 217.333.6280 (10am-6pm Tu-Fr), and we will be happy to discuss available return, donation, and exchange options.
