The Wind Symphony presents the consortium premiere of Jules Pegram’s vibrant tribute to Los Angeles, LAtudes, alongside Dana Wilson’s virtuosic horn concerto, featuring University of Illinois associate professor of horn Bernhard Scully. Works by South American composer Antonio Gervasoni and New Orleans composer and jazz pianist Roger Dickerson open the program.
