Cosí fan tutte is one of Mozart and Da Ponte’s timeless collaborations, along with Don Giovanni and The Marriage of Figaro. Two young men are tempted by their world-weary mentor to test the fidelity of their girlfriends, to comic and tragic effect. Set on a contemporary college campus—in a Spanish and English translation—Cosí tells a universal story about growing up and learning about real love.
