Students use Xtigone to process community gun violence

In collaboration with Sam Smith, director of civic engagement and social practice at Krannert Center for the Performing Arts, classics professor Angeliki Tzanetou organized a staged reading and discussion of Nambi E. Kelley’s Xtigone, a contemporary adaptation of the ancient Greek tragedy Antigone, as well as a series of workshops for students. Read more
